Can you hold a place before I apply?

No.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

No. We collect security deposit and 1st month's rent or 1st month's prorated rent.
How old do you have to be to apply?

18.
Is the deposit refundable?

Depends on how the property is left after vacating.
Who needs a cosigner?

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

Please contact our office to make an appointment to view the property. We require you to see the property first before applying.
How do I pay rent?

Through the tenant portal via your bank account or with a check or money order mailed to or dropped off at our office.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Please contact our office so we can discuss. The owner will make the final decision if they will accept a pet in the property or not.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

Please contact our office to discuss.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

You must submit a Notice to Vacate form no later than 30 days before the end of your lease.
